Hotel Hacienda Cancun

The pool at Hacienda was fantastic! It was clean, spacious, and the water was just the right temperature for a refreshing swim. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool, enjoying the sun and the comfortable seating options.

As young families, we really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was close to the ADO bus station, which made it easy for us to explore different parts of the city. Having a coffee place and a pharmacy next door was also a huge plus. Although it was a bit far from the beach, about a 45-minute walk, we didn't mind as we were able to enjoy the local neighborhood and its charm. The bedroom was clean and had basic amenities like soap and shampoo. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. We didn't have a chance to try the breakfast or the swimming pool, but we heard good things about them. for the price we paid, it was a great stay.

Felt like being home, no complaint.

I had a surprisingly pleasant stay at this hotel. the prices were incredibly reasonable, offering great value for money. The location was perfect, situated in central downtown with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were attentive and spoke English fluently, which made communication a breeze. The rooms were basic, but clean and well-maintained, with an ancient AC unit that worked efficiently to keep the room cool. I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included, and it even came with ham! this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations.

The location was the best part, as it was right in the center of the city, close to everything. It was within walking distance to Mercado 28, pharmacies, and fantastic local restaurants like La Parrilla and 100 Natural. it was relatively close to the bus station, making transportation convenient.
